Yes, every time I send a gift certificate... the customers write the code and send the order but they forget to write the total amount before to create the order... so after do this... they back and repeat the process (but the system already redeemed the gift certificate in the first time) so after type the code... they of course get the message "this code is no valid"... so what they does? Of course... send me emails telling "you are a #$$#@@@ mother#$$@" and more. No funny. So my question is... there is no way to type the code and automatically the system rest the gift certificate amount to the purchase amount resulting of course zero?
