insert Username and password on topbar

Hi everybody,

this is my first post/question so I hope I can be clear...
I'm using Zen Cart v1.3.9h

I was wondering if its possible to add on top bar (or anywhere that's always available) the field Username and Password so that the customer can login without having to go to Login Page.
