Fly Out Menu Recommendations?

Hey guys. I think I've finally decided that it's past time that I add some sort of flyout menu feature to my site. I like the site below, which is not a zen site, that allows you to hover over the menu and easily see the subcategories. I've looked at a couple different mods but I was hoping I could get a suggestion or two concerning which is best? Whatcha think?

So can that program fly out past the first layer of category depth to the second and third layer?

I don't really like fly-outs with multiple levels - you have to think about people using phones now, and it just makes things difficult to navigate. One level is fine though.
