Cloned Payment Module unable to instal

Recently installed Zen Cart vs 1.3.9h

Looking for some help, I am trying to set up a direct to bank payment option for my payment options and have installed the
Direct bank Deposit 1.1 module which is just what I am looking for. Except on my checkout page, the bank details are in a very small font, that I am unable to change.
I have tried cloning and editing the existing moneyorder Payment Module … details below ( I have called paybank), but when I go to admin payments, the module is shown there, but clicking the install button does not install, instead gives me an update button.
I have tried a few times and am sure my files are in the correct folder

Copy the files:
/includes/modules/payment/moneyorder.php
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/moneyorder.php

To the files:
/includes/modules/payment/paybank.php
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paybank.php

Do a global replace in both files for:
moneyorder with paybank
MONEYORDER with PAYBANK

Any advice gratefully received

Hi,
even I am looking for the same problem.
I have changed moneyorder.php content to SBI bank payment
I want to make clone of this for other banks.
how to do cloning?

my 2nd problem is:
when I add more text in moneyorder.php , it shows only half of the width of checkout process, other half is empty.
where to expend column width.
