Shipping with multiple items

I have zencart set up right now to were you can put the shipping for each product int he weight field is there a way to change it to were if they have multiple items that it halfs the shipping price?

Ok I Guess I try to evaluate.

I made it to were what ever the products weight is that is the price to ship it but that is only for individual.

Is they a way i can make it after they add more items it changes the total shipping instead of just adding the numbers up ?
