OK, I have client that sells testing kits for home owners. The shopper needs to buy the test kit first. Then the product is shipped to the homeowner. The homeowner performs the test and mails the test kit back to the store/lab. After lab results are done there is a PDF prepared for that shopper. Is there a logical way to do this utilizing zencart?

I appreciate any suggestions.
