Blank page when finalizing order

My website is up and going. But for some reason, when I try to finish the order, it gives me a blank page. But when I look at the address bar it says there was a problem with the order.


Any ideas what that might be?

1) What version of Zencart (new or upgrade)
2) Has this started recently, or has it been an ongoing problem
3) What errors are appearing in the /cache folder
4) Have you installed any addons
