Setting up shipping module

Could anyone help me to set up shipping module properly? I tried different settings but shipping cost does not add to orders. Please help, I am a beginner.

Check to see what Shipping you have setup in the Modules ... Shipping ...

Next, check that shipping is turned on in the Modules ... Order Totals ... for the Shipping ot_shipping ...

Do you have the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping ot_shipping installed?

If so, you appear to be using Zones on your Shipping Modules ...

Check to see that your Zone Definitions are complete on the DETAILS ...

Yes, both of them are installed. However, in "Zone 1 Countries" I can see only two codes "US" and "CA". I would like to use same shipping rates to all countries. Do I need to add all country codes??

You show you are using Table Rate table ... but you are asking about the Zone Rate zones shipping module ...

If you are NOT wanting to limit your shipping ... why would you use Zone Rate?

If using Table Rate table, where are you seeing:
Zone 1 Countries

I do not know which to use... try different settings but no one shows shipping in total. As I wrote earlier, I would like to have same rates for all countries (3 EUR for first and second titles and plus 2 EUR for each addition titles). How to do that?

You would need to write your own shipping module as Flat Rate flat is 1 Charge for everything in the Shopping Cart ...

Item Rate item is 1 charge per quantity and if you want the first Item to be more, you can use the Handling such as:

Shipping Cost 2.00
Handling Fee 3.00

If you are shipping to the World, then you do not need Zones ...

If you only ship to a limited area, then you can build a Zone Definition and in the DETAILS set the Countries and Zones that you ship to ...

Ok, I have 3.00 in flat rate and 2.00 in per item. I ship worldwide with this cost. Zones are off. This is not exactly what I want .. but ok. So why I still cannot see shipping rates in shopping cart? Can I somehow to check it?
