    Default USPS max weight limit

    on a 1.3.9h cart

I just noticed that the usps module is returning a shipping rate on items weighing over 70 pounds. Shouldn't it return a warning:

70 lb max. weight limit exceeded

Yes ... what that means is to make the packaging of boxes up to 70lbs ...

It the order is more than 70lbs it will be reduced to that per package ... the Tare Rate will also affect this, if any ...

Example, if the order is 72lbs with not Tare Rate, then the weight is calculated for 2 36lb packages ...
