Display slideshow at main page and hide in other pages like new_products

I want to display slide show at homepage or mainpage and hide it in other pages like new_products, featured_products. How can i do that? I am using Zen Cart Ver 1.3.9 h

Place the slide show in the define_main_page and it will only show on the main page.

Slide show appears in main page and hides in other pages.
What i did was, i inserted slide show code in tpl_main_page.php and it keeps on showing in all the pages. Please help me out with this issue.
