Need Help with my site

Hi i paid a company to create my website for me which i am generally happy with but now that i have paid them there are some changes which need to be made to my site and they just won't reply to any emails i send or text messages ect.

I can log into my zencart shop but i cant seem to make the changes i need to so i am wondering if anyone on here can help me to change the problems to my site as other wise i don't really know how i can get the site finished.

These are the problems on the home page in the big pink box was supposed to be text saying FREE POSTAGE & PACKAGING FOR ALL ORDERS OVERS £20 TO UK MAINLAND.

Also on the home page the slide bar for the boys there is a word missing if you read it i need to put the word find in there for the text to make sense.

On the contact us page it says poopet instead of poppet which i can't seem to change.

Then the last thing is i did a test run on my site by trying to buy a product but when you fill out all the fields the email address is [email protected] which is something they set up and never told me how to access it. I manage to change all the email addresses but i dont know how to change that final email address.

The zencart version is v1.3.9h

Hard to know exactly what to tell you. The pink box is something your designer created, and there isn't any way for us to tell how to put text in it.

The boy's slider image is just that - an image. You would have to edit the image in an imaging program to fix the error.

I don't understand the email question. Maybe look in Admin - Configuration - Email Options.

I looked in admin email options and have changed all the email addresses but that seems to pop up. So is it only the company i used who can make the necessary changes to the site.

What do you mean by 'pop up' ? If the email box is pre-filled, that's something your browser is doing, not Zencart.

The pink box is a place holder called by <div id="right_wrapper">

the pink is the background image, called by your stylesheet.
/includes/templates/poppetface/css/stylesheet.css

The image you can find it here in your site files.
/includes/templates/poppetface/images/box-pink-bg.jpg

it is followed by three empty div tags all called <div class="other_show">

pehaps there should have been text within these divs or images.
Can you look through your files to find where the contents are (or should be).

could be caused by some expired code or a badly writen or wrongly pointed image.

Had a look through your stylesheet:
right_wrapper does not seem to control visability or color of text.
other_show does not seem to have any entries at all, this may be you issue. if this was/is used to show text then it may need to have some properties.

have a look through your stylesheet for these and if you feel confident about making the adjustments go a head you can all ways tap ctrl+z and get back to the origionals.
