new template issues

hi there. i just started a new website using godaddy. its brand new (a maximum of 2 days old right now) and i made sure i was working with the newest version of zencart and the template i decided on (cherry zen). i haven't changed anything other then installing the new template and the default template is working fine but the sideboxes on the new template just won't come up. they are being replaced by big gray boxes. anyone know why this is happening? the URL is: http://www.spectrumrecoveryconsulting.com

ive tried everything i know of and im done lol. im at my end:frusty: . if anyone can help me it would be extremely helpful.

hav you turned the sideboxes on?

admin --> tools --> Layout boxes controller

When you add a new template and install it, you need to turn on the sideboxes you want to work on that template

Under TOOLS >>> LAYOUT BOXES CONTROLLER...

You need to RE-SET the sideboxes after installing a new template.

At the bottom of the layout boxes controller screen is a RESET button...
