Service Charge for Pay Pal?

Hi, I would like to add a service charge (3%) if a customer want´s to pay via pay pal. How can I do it and it is even posible with Zen Cart. I use version 1.3.9. Thanks for your help.

That is not a built-in feature.

What other payment methods do you offer in your store? And why do you want to penalize your customers for paying you?

I would buy from someplace else just on the principle that you're charging me extra money to pay you for your products.
