Cannot Edit Text On Contact Page

I am trying to edit some contact info on my Contact Page, as you can see below:

this part:

I've checked the template contact_us.php, as well the the contact_us.php in the html_includes folder, neither of them have this text to edit. When I add text to contact_us.php, that text is added below the above text I want to remove, but not in line with it.

Where can I remove this text?

By the way... NOT a good idea to hard-code in your email address. Email spam harvesters will find it and you will forever be on mailing lists for v i a g r a and p e n i s enlargement spam.

Well, aren't I an idiot. I've been in the Configuration > My Store a million times and it's been right there in front of me, but I never realized it was there.

Two issues here:

1. If Rolex has authorised the manufacturer that they may use the Rolex brand to make and market the copies, then there should not be a problem.

2. If the retailer makes it clear that these are copies and NOT the genuine article.

The retailer fulfils condition 2...

What is unclear is... Has the manufacturer of the copies got permission from Rolex to make copies? (possible... but unlikely.)

If the retailer is KNOWINGLY selling copies that are not being manufactured under license, then the retailer can be in breach of trademark laws - and could be prosecuted.

Interestingly, in some countries, the CUSTOMER can also be prosecuted!

The domain "oldewatches.com" is registered in China at a "secretive" registrar, and as we all know, China has a reputation of completely ignoring trademark laws.

Very sad that ZC is used as a platform to perpetrate this kind of activity...

And, it isn't just Rolex watches. The OP is hawking all kinds of knock-off designer goods. I'm surprised that they'd actually come to a public forum and reveal their site URL.

A few years ago, the UK fraud squad, in conjunction with the Trading Standards Authority and Nominet (UK domain registry authority), shut down over 6,000 .co.uk domains in the space of a few hours.

ALL had been registered in foreign countries (mostly China, Russia, Korea, Phillipines, and various African countries).

All were deemed by the authorities to be "spoofed" sites, designed largely for fraudulent or nefarious activities.

The problem is... anyone can register a .co.uk address (as you can with .com), so until the UK applies a law that requires a registrant to have a UK physical address that can be validated, these sorts of activities will continue.

I never shop from a .com address UNLESS it has a SSL cert, provides its physical address and a phone number - and even then I play it cautiously.
