Currently have the FedEx mod installed, and am using that as the only form of shipping.

I wanted to know if there is any way to do the following without extensive custom coding. Or if there is a module available?

1) My customer cannot sell their product to certain states in the US and only to certain zip codes/territories in the US.

2) They are currently only shipping to US and will in the future ship to Canada. So I'd like only shipping address that are input to be for the US.

From what I saw through the forums...this is not possible without custom coding, but I just wanted to confirm this.
