I am in the process of upgrading from 1.3.6 to 1.3.9h and Winmerge is telling me that ?> is missing from the end of the counter.php file for 1.3.9h
As I have not seen any other comments on this, I am guessing that it must be ok not to be there, but I would think that a php file needs to be closed.
