Using Zen Cart Version 1.3.9h

I have looked and looked in the faq's and nothing answers my question.

Here is my question.

I want a static banner, (which I have created) to show on the bottom of all my pages. I don't want rotating banners or the banners that come with the regular install of zencart. How can I make each page show the same banner (my custom banner) I do not want to use banner manager in the admin panel. I simply want the same banner on each page.
