    Default Checkout Issue

    Hi All,

    Maybe someone might be able to help me with this issue that I am having with the checkout on the site.

    Over the past few weeks some customers have told me that when they click the checkout button after choosing products they get a blank page. Even if they press the refresh button it stays blank.

    I have login as customer and even when I login as them I have the same issue but some times if I click the refresh button the checkout page comes up but not with all customers that we do phone orders with.

    Note that we still have orders comming through the site without any problems but this only seems to be an intermitent issue.

    We are on version 1.39H of zencart and are using Godaddy for hosting.

    Any help on what to look for would be appreciated.

    If the FAQ page would open I would read it but it times out. What now?

    I'm not seeing any timeouts with it.

    In a nutshell, there are PHP debug logs (myDebug-xxxxx.log) in your site's /cache/ folder which record the PHP errors that are occurring to cause the blank page.

    Resolve those errors and the blank pages will stop.

    Just went into the shipping module in admin and this is showing:

    1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> in:

    Not Acceptable

    An appropriate representation of the requested resource /postage.php could not be found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    " where configuration_key = "MODULE_SHIPPING_OZPOST_EXPIRE"]
    If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

    Would this be causing the issue?

    That could be causing various issues.
    Looks like you've got corrupted files on your server, or maybe your OzPost module is encountering problems with *their* server.
    Delete or disable that module as a starting point.
