number of featured products differs in different browsers

Hi, I have my featured products on the main page set to 3 columns per row. It looks fine on my iphone and in firefox but in internet explorerer I see one row with 2 and then the third products is on a second row. Can anyone tell me why this is?

This is because different browsers interpret the css differently.

The problems are usually with IE ver 6 , 7 and 8.

Ver 9 seems to behave more in accordance with W3 sandards.

You may need to put in a CSS over-ride for IE 6, 7, 8 for this element.

I see, what sort of overide will i need?

It's just messed up in IE7 and IE6. You could try changing this in stylesheet_main.css:

#featuredProducts {overflow:hidden; zoom:1; width:100%;}
to 105%.

If that messes things up in FF, try adding it in the IE6/7 stylesheet schoolboy mentioned.
