Changing link names

I was wondering if there was a way to change the name of a link inside the information sidebox. I wish to change "Conditions" to something else and couldn't find it in the forums or FAQ. I am running with Zen Cart 1.3.9h edition.

e.g look for define('BOX_INFORMATION_CONDITIONS', 'Conditions of Use'); to modify
