Define Page Editor - Shipping & Returns page Issue..

Hi,

I am running Zen-Cart 1.3.9h, all seems to be working fine.
Except I was adding information to my Shipping & Returns Page and clicking Save, it saves it but when I go to the live website it's still blank on that page, it doesn't show what's been added even though it's there when I go to admin!

I have used a new define_shippinginfo.php file, I use the override system, I set the permissions to 777 and it's still doing the same thing, other pages work fine.

What am I missing here?

Hope someone can help soon as the site is live.

I tried so many things and still I cannot figure it out.
I have just created another page called shipping and linked to it temporarily and it works fine.

Ideas anyone?
