am using a new install of 1.3.9 no addons
ok i created a custom template.
installed the directory under includes/languages/english/
but it does not appear in the admin edit template settings. the only template that so appears is Classic Contemporary Green; and that does not show up under includes/languages/english/ .
none of the configurations of the custom template register in the web store.
Where can I find a step by step how to install a custom template?
