Sidebox headers not working properly

Hello, I'm having trouble with my sidebox header images. I followed this tutorial, and it kind of worked, but if you look at my site here, you can see the categories sidebox image isn't lined up properly with the rest of the box. Since I am editing a template I downloaded from the internet and also because of the fact that I'm a zen cart newb, I'm not sure which files to edit to correct this....
Any help would be very much appreciated!

You need to remove all the padding around it,

there is padding on pretty much everything around that image from the h3 class acting on it, to the sidebox heading class, lots of places, just use firebug or dragonfly and make a note of where they all are and then set the padding to nought.

I tried downloading firebug but it didnt show me where the padding was in the code... I've tried editing the stylesheet.css and through trial and error, removed padding to see what it did. But no luck... since I'm not all that experienced I sort of need to know exactly what to change.. i'm having no luck trying to find it myself! thanks for your imput though, at least i know it's the padding that's affecting it somehow...

I managed to fix it using a different method- instead of lining up the images with the sideboxes, I set each image as the background for each sidebox header. Thanks for your help anyway!
