Default Admin login issues after FTP download to localhost

    Hi,

I am unable to access the admin side of a client's zencart based website while running it locally. I have the front end of the site working fine. I have altered the configure files (store and admin), and have made sure to disable SSL for admin. The admin login page does load, but I cannot progress past it. If I enter the admin password incorrectly, it will inform me that the password was not correct, so I know it is interfacing with the local database. However, if I enter the password correctly, the page goes blank, and it will not allow me to access the admin side of the site.

I must be missing something. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

edit: Zen Cart Version 1.3.9, running phpmyadmin with php 5.3.1

You are basically changing servers, so you should follow this procedure: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=100 ... including the fix-cache-key step.

    Hi again,

Reinstalled and followed the directions exactly, with same issues. Used the Fix_cache_key utility as well. Cleared browser cookies and restarted it. Admin still will not advance past login screen, though the session info is passed into the address bar.

    Any other thoughts?

Issue resolved. This is why you should not pull all-nighters and code.

    Thanks for the help.
