    Default System Setup Requirement

I received the following message below and my site was working fine before. I have not moved or renamed or done any changes at all. The only thing a did a day or two before was reset the admin logs because I got the message in the admin that it was time to do it.I have checked my configure.php and compared them to my backups and everything looks the same. Don't know what to do....someone please help

Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart™.

You are seeing this page for one or more reasons:

This is your first time using Zen Cart™ and you haven't yet completed the normal Installation procedure.
If this is the case for you, you will need to upload the "zc_install" folder using your FTP program, and then run zc_install/index.php via your browser (or reload this page to see a link to it).

Your /includes/configure.php and/or /admin/includes/configure.php file contains invalid path information and/or invalid database-connection information.
If you recently edited your configure.php files for any reason, or maybe moved your site to a different folder or different server, then you'll need to review and update all your settings to the correct values for your server.
See the Online FAQ and Tutorials area on the Zen Cart™ website for assistance.
Additional Details: includes/configure.php file contents invalid. ie: DIR_FS_CATALOG not valid or not set

    1) Is this effecting your entire store both admin and catalogue, Can you access admin?

    2) what are the chmod settings on your configure files, and has you host made any changes recently to the permissions settings, i am fairly sure there was another post very recently and it was something to do with the chmod settings on the config files were wrong.

Where is your site currently hosted?

If you made NO changes to program FILES, then the question i... WHO made changes to the set-up?

You need to ask your host what they may have changed on their servers.

Cleaning the admin activity log is an instruction given to the database to empty a certain table. It does not affect any files.

Somebody has altered the files somewhere - you need to establish who.

It could also be a server configuration change of some sort. You will need to contact your host to find out.

If your host is not clued up on eCommerce, then you should think about hosting somewhere else.
