Is there a way to set up orders to be put in a specific status automatically? For instance, I know when someone orders using an echeck via PayPal, it will go into the Pending queue until the money comes in. Once the money is deposited, it will go into the Processing queue.

Say I wanted any order with a specific item to go into a different queue. For instance, if a product was being ordered on a pre-order basis, could I have any order with that product (including those with other items on the order) automatically be put into a "pre-order" queue?
