Website Crashed. Need Help Please

My website suddenly crashed and when I try the URL I get the following message: Any help in what to do would be greatly appreciated.

Your database needs to be fixed. If not sure how to do that then contact your Hoster for guidance.

If you are displaying the "Who's Online" sidebox, you could try switching OFF that sidebox. This may restore normal behaviour while you go about repairing the table in the database.

No, I'm not displaying the "Whos Online" sidebox. It's already turned off.
