I am using v1.3.9h.
I would like to do this:

For Zone A (national): Free shipping above $50
For Zone B (International): Normal Shipping rate (per defined zone rates in SHIPPING MODULE)


For Zone A (national), successful get free when the total hit $50.
But, for Zone B (international), the shipping calculator unable to calculate the shipping cost and display 0 forever.

I tried looking around in all threads but can't solve.... Please help.


I have done these:
1) Set up zones rates
2) Go to Module> Order Total > Shipping
Allow Free Shipping
true

Free Shipping For Orders Over
RM80.00

Provide Free Shipping For Orders Made
national

3) Go to MOdule > Shipping > FREE Shipping >
Free Shipping Cost
0.00

Shipping Zone
zone A

4) Go to MOdule > Shipping > FREE Shipping Options >
Total >=
50
