"Ultimate SEO URLS" Problem

After installing "Ultimate SEO URLS," I ran into the following problem on my website:

If you click on the categories link it will take you to a specific product, and I'm unable to make the product page.

See what I mean on my website: http://cheapblowupdolls.com/ (Apologies for adult themes)

1. Click on the category.
2. Click on the product

It will just refresh the category page, and I can never reach the product page.

During the installation of SEO URLS, the only thing I can imagine doing wrong is the .htaccess file.

The instructions read "##### NOTE: Replace /shop/ with the relative web path of your catalog in the "Rewrite Base" line below:

Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /shop/"

Not knowing what that meant, I just left it as is.

Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.

Since you have the store at the root, just use:

RewriteBase /



make sure your cache subdirectories are the right chmods.

Go into the SSU admin and 'clear cache'

I had a similar issue when installing this add-on, only that I couldn't even view the "SEO URLS" add-on in the Configuration menu.

I changed the "RewriteBase /shop/" to "RewriteBase /" and it instantly fixed the problem. I am now able to view the module, so thanks!
