Pop-up window on Cart page does not display text

I just noticed this and did not see a previous post for it in the forum. I added an item to the cart and then clicked on [help(?)] on the Shopping Cart Contents page. The window popped up, but it was blank.

I checked my custom file for it and it looked okay. I deleted the file, clicked anew (from a different browser, no cache issue) and the original file's text did not display either. I re-uploaded the custom file and still nothing. I copied the address from the pop-up window, pasted into a full browser tab and it also came up blank.

I'm using 1.39g. www.avenue-r.com.

Any ideas, please?

1) Have a look at the source code of your pop-up window, it seems to die in the head section after loading the ie specific style sheets
2) Have you checked your /cache folder for debug files

I always forget about the error log. It said:

[03-Oct-2011 20:05:48] PHP Warning: require(includes/templates/template_default/info_shopping_cart/google_analytics.php)...

So I copied that file from the Google Analytics directory into the above directory and it worked!

Yep, the error log is a brilliant tool. Thanks for posting back and letting us know you got it working.
