Front End Login Issue

Hello all,

I am getting a strange issue where I am not able to log in to the front end of my shop using IE9 at my work. using other computers on the same network, everything works fine, but when I try to sign in or create an account using my computer, it just reloads the log in page.

To resolve this issue, I have to set "recreate sessions" to false. I am using 1.39D, FEC Checkout and CEON Url rewriter, but have no clue why it only does it on 1 computer...All cookies and cache have been cleared. Ive searched this forum and google like crazy but could not find anything, was wondering if anyone can help oout.

This actually applies to all versions of internet explorer. Not quite sure why..anyone?

shanmedical dot com is the website...if you try, you will be able to login since I have Recreate Sessions set to false.
