Can I make a page that looks like my new products centerbox? Help please

I'm trying to make a page that looks like my new products center box on my index/home page.
I want to do this because I don't like the look of the new products page (I can't get the sort order to go by manufacturer).

I've tried to copy the code from modules/new_products.php with no luck.

Has anyone done this before? I remember seeing a post where someone changed the template to look the same throughout, but I can't find it now
