International orders

Help!! We can not get any international orders. Customer gets message telling them that usps does not recognize their postal code & tells them to contact us by phone. We can not get an international order to go through from our end either. Clicknship says it's not a problem with them that it is our shopping cart. Can someone help us? Losing alot of business. What version Zen Cart?

Have you installed the current January 2, 2011 C version of USPS from post #26 and followed the instructions?
