Okay I now have access to my FTP account by way of the cpanel. If that matters.
I am now off to check out the above information to see if I can find what was stated above in my zen admin. I will touch base soon and thanks again.

Okay this matter has been resolved and fixed using the information provided by everyone above. Thank you so much for your assistance it is greatly appreciated!
Okay I am back. Apparently the above issues were not address. The product feed is working however there are error messages because of the availability code.
Is there a particular place that code is suppose to be put on a single spot or is it suppose to go with each item?
