I am really sorry and I apologize if I made a wrong question but I have not experience on this and that is the reason I came here. I never tought that I will receive that responsed.

--I fixed the issue--

This is what I did

1- I went to admin/tools/store manager/ and I clean up the debug log files.
2- I logged into mysql database I clean up a huge Table used for SEO.
3- I logged into my root via FTP and delete the all files inside of the /cache folder.

After 1 hour, I could see the improvements. Now my result is
Parse Time: 5.494 - Number of Queries: 4719 - Query Time: 5.43673011412

by the time an specialist contacted me, I had resolved this issue by myself or at least much much better by reading a little from everywhere.

I wouldn't say you have solved it.

Here is an example from my store

Parse Time: 0.952 - Number of Queries: 6265 - Query Time: 0.578116442001

To get a similar parse time, look at how many queries i've had to execute

Parse Time: 5.363 - Number of Queries: 37320 - Query Time: 1.5727082292

Your server is still slow.

That is true.

but compare with what it was before (Parse Time: 45.667 or 33.343 averague), I am on much better situation now. This is only happening with my store session becuase admin is at 1.234s to 2.234s parse time. I am looking foward to improve it and that is why I asked if it is better to make my own server (sorry for been a nobiew ). The specialist at the hosting service told me that it is a "good" parse time now (5 to 10s) . What can I do?

If your host thinks 5 to 10 seconds is a good time ... then it is time to find a new hosting provider ...

That does not always mean go build your own server ... most of the time it means finding a host who knows how to manager a server for ecommerce and MySQL properly to maintain speed and reliability ...

If you intend to make money from your store, I would move to a faster server, keeping customers waiting isn't a good idea.

Definitely, I have to move forward and look for a really good one! . I am very impressive with your parse time results. it is really gorgeous . any hosting recommendation?

Without seeing your site, it is hard to judge if there are things that can contribute to any slow downs ...
