Our cart has been stable for over a year but after a recent server crash we restored from a one month old backup (just the PHP) and now we seem to have lost all our template and formatting.

The databases seem to be intact but the formatting is all gone.

I'm sure it's something simple I'm missing. I would be very grateful for anyone pro that could take a look and give me a lead on how to restore it back.
