Is there any way (preferably without coupons) to only allow a customer to buy a specific product if they have bought so many other products. Or alternatively offer a discount on a product if they have bought other products?

Basically we want to sell gift bags on the site, but only allow people to buy them if they have bought 3 or more other products.
