removing left and right margins from product listing page

Having trouble finding where to make an adjustment to remove the large left and right margins that exist on my Product listings page.

you can go to this link http://glamsmoke.com and then click Products to see the page that has the margins I want to remove. I can not find what to adjust in the css file. This is my first zen cart and I may have added or removed something that is preventing a simple fix?

Turn off the left and right sidebox columns globally in Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings.

Please note: Running Zen Cart inside an i-frame can cause payment modules and other programming not to work properly.

All I can see that the iframe does for your site is constrict it inside a small window. There is no real content outside your Zen Cart, and no reason for the iframe.
