Add separation between Product Listings

Hello,
I am using:
Zen Cart 1.3.9h
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.9h
I would like to add small image banners between the product listings.
The images would be like 150 X 20 and separate each type of product.

Example:
---Image---
Baby Shower Invitations

---Image---
Birthday Invitations

Is there an easy way to do this?
What files would I need to edit to manually put these in?

You could accomplish similar by installing the CSS Flyout Menu from software addons. You can see the mod here at one of my sites:

To create the separation between categories it's a simple matter to edit the stylesheet_categories_menu.css file.
