    Default SSL cert added, now formattting changed

    I just did a new install of v1.3.9h and everything was working fine. I have since added a SSL cert to the site and the images do not show up and the formatting is off in secure mode on the index page.

    non-secure mode> http://shop.kantorla.com/
    secure mode> https://shop.kantorla.com/

    Any ideas on why this is happening?
