Making header/logo work in percent

I was wondering if it is actually possble to make the header/logo work with %. It's % on the rest on my website and it would be nice to keep it uniform.

They are not yet linked as I am still trying to work on the template for the shop.

You need to create and use a custom template with the overrides system rather than doing your editing using classic. If you don't, you're in for some serious headaches when you need to update Zen Cart.
