Change Email Address on old customer order

My customer just notified me that he has misspelled his email address. Is there a way to change his invoice email address. I changed the email address on his account but the misspelled address still appears on his order. Thank you.

changing email for account wouldnt make affect on your order as wenever someone orders it stores email in orders table as well.

You might need to use sql to change the email address in order table

There is no built-in feature for that in the core code at this present time.
