Hi.

Hope someone can help. I've been trying to work out if it is possible to attach a simple piece of javascript to a product attribute text field that will allow users to enter letters, numbers and, crucially, symbols via a customised 'keyboard' which is generated by said javascript.

The reason I need it is because the customer has to be able to enter special characters (square, circle, heart) as well as standard text and I want to make this as easy as possible for them. Typical examples would be 'I (heart) amy', or '(arch) wedding (arch)'

Is it possible to apply javascript to product attributes?

If it helps, I'm using Zen Cart version 1.3.9 running on Linux server. Not sure what version of MySQL but it is the latest one.

I'm not a programmer and have virtually no knowledge of php/javascript but I can usually pick things up pretty quickly if pointed in the right direction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
