easy populate v1254 can I import file already on server?

hi,
have downloaded easypopulate and want to find the url that uploads a file, i have looked through the code and see

easypopulate.php?download=stream&dltype=priceqty

so is there a similar url that would import a file that is allready in temp folder

i should have mentioned i am trying to run it from cron job and have the export working just want to import a particular file on cron
