I would like to have my banner change to a new image everytime a user reloads the page or navigates to a new page. I do NOT want it changing unless they navigate within the site or reload the page.
Is this possible? Well, I know its possible. Does anyone know how I can make this happen?

Depends on what you mean by 'banner'. If you mean the header image, there's this:

I can post my link now. The blue image with the quote on it, I have several of those. I want them to change randomly as the pages are loaded.
