Admin Not Showing Details

Hi

I'm having trouble in the admin, both when a customer creates an account and when they place an order...

Firstly, on the admin index, under the table of 'New Customers' where the customer's name and date they created their account shows -- here, only the date shows. Under the actual customers page, all details are there -- it's just something happening on the admin index.

Secondly, this time when viewing/editing an order -- all address details are missing. Their phone number, email address, IP address, etc., all the way to their payment details are shown. The products they ordered also show, but not the attributes (I'm not sure if attribute prices come through, as the attributes in this store are mainly colour choices).

I've attached a screenshot to show better what I mean.

I'm guessing this is a database error, but I don't know how to fix it... any suggestions?

Meant to mention... for some reason, I discovered today that the admin configure.php file had all it's details incorrect -- would this have anything to do with this problem?
