Customize nav bars

I am trying to make my store so it looks like a regular website with the store built in. I want to turn off things that look like a store on some pages and turn them on for the pages that are the store part.

I have already figured out how to turn off sideboxes for some pages.

My question is.....can I have different nav tabs for different pages?

For example...for the pages that will be the main site, show the ezpages only, with a tab to the store's 'main' page?

I guess what I want to do is change from having only ezpages nav bar on some pages and having the header nav bar on other pages.

Assuming all the pages are generated in Zencart, you could use page-specific stylesheets to turn off parts of the page. There's a text file in includes/templates/classic/css that explains the basics, and there's this:
