Wondering if anyone can help me please?

I am running Zen 1.3.9h and Dual Pricing V1.8, and wondered if anyone has seen a shipping module that can interact with the dual pricing module?
I know that a shipping module will call for the zone/postcode from the database for a given customer (i think) so is there a way for this to call to the database for the "wholesale" field rather than the customer address?? That way I can still offer free shipping to my retail customers but charge shipping for my wholesale customers.

Any help would be superb!
