Need some help on Rainbow Balck Template

Ok, first i uploaded and have installed the Rainbow black Template, no problem. My issue is the tagline in the browser bar, I have made the switch and conversion in my meta. php and pointed the info correctly in the renamed folders. Im' still getting TITLETERTIARY_SECTIONSITE_TAGLINE
Any suggestions

That comes from includes/modules/meta_tags.php, although I don't know why.

Did you edit includes/languages/english/your_template/meta_tags.php
